Denver Broncos what to watch:

The quarterback play of the Broncos is likewise lacking. Although Russell Wilson's stats—217.5 passing yards per game, 12 touchdowns, and four interceptions—are higher than they were the previous season, a large portion of his output has come when his team was behind or making vain attempts to rally.

Denver's defense has been the worst in the league, but neither unit has been particularly good. The Broncos are still among the weakest teams in the NFL even after adding Sean Payton in the summer. Though they are a far superior squad, the Packers are not without their shortcomings.

Green Bay Packers what to watch:

This weekend, in Week 7 of the 2023 NFL schedule, the Green Bay Packers (2-3) will travel to face the Denver Broncos (1-5)—two legendary teams who have seen hard times come together.

The Packers had a much-needed bye week after two straight defeats. The Broncos lost their next games as well, but they rested for a long time after Week 6's Thursday Night Football game. Despite their dismal record, the Packers are only outscored by one point per game.

Jordan Love had a strong start to the year, but lately he has veered off track. In his last three games, he has thrown two touchdowns and six interceptions while only completing 55.6% of his throws.  Love's propensity to air the ball out makes opponents' secondaries uncomfortable, but it also explains why he's been making a lot of mistakes lately and why he's not finishing as many passes as he could.
