Jordan Love may or may not be able to be fixed in Green Bay. Love was expected to become the team's quarterback of the future by Packers management, who were encouraged by Aaron Rodgers' offseason trade to the Jets. If the club want to overcome the formidable Rams on Sunday, they will need to improve as they have only scored 60 points in their last four games.
The fact that Love has spent the majority of the season without top wide receiver Christian Watson and outstanding running back Aaron Jones hasn't helped his argument. With just 39 total touches this season, Jones's health is going to be crucial if Green Bay is to turn around their 2023 season.
Los Angeles Rams what to watch:
Los Angeles may have more problems if quarterback Matthew Stafford is sidelined for this game due to a thumb injury. His official status for Sunday's game is unknown, so things might become messy. In his absence, the Rams will start fourth-year journeyman Brett Rypien, who last week against Dallas completed 5 of 10 passes for 42 yards.
Against Puka Nacua and Cooper Kupp, two wide receivers, Green Bay's secondary will face challenges on Sunday. In the four games after his injury return, Kupp has 21 receptions for 316 yards and one touchdown, while Nacua has 61 grabs for 795 yards and two touchdowns in 2023. Kyren Williams' injury has limited LA's running game, thus the Rams' best chances of moving the ball efficiently against the Packers will come through the air.
