Dallas Cowboys what to watch:
The Cowboys are second in pass defense and fourth in total defense in the league after three weeks of play. Micah Parsons, a linebacker, leads this group. The two-time First Team All-Pro consistently collapses the pocket and applies pressure to quarterbacks on the other team. Parsons can move swiftly into the backfield thanks to his excellent step. With four sacks, he is tied for fourth in the NFL in tackles for loss, and he has 12 total tackles.
The 24-year-old has been flagged for sacks in each of the first three games. Osa Odighizuwa, the defensive tackle, is another important player up front for the Cowboys. Odighizuwa creates plays with his powerful hands and keen awareness. With two sacks, four tackles for loss, and eight total tackles, the UCLA graduate is quite active.
New England Patriots what to watch:
The Patriots have a way of forcing offenses to adapt to them. Linebacker Matthew Judon continues to be a consistent and effective rusher. Judon owns a great pass-rush plan and has good play recognition to stop the run. The four-time Pro Bowl selection has registered 11 total stops, five tackles for loss, with four sacks. In Week 3 versus the Jets, Judon had four total tackles and two sacks.
Security Kyle Dugger is a strong and extremely athletic secondary defender. Dugger has been a tremendous tackler and rushes to the ball. The 2020 second-round selection has two tackles for loss, two pass deflections, and ranks fourth on the team in total tackles (15). Ja'Whaun Bentley, a linebacker, has a talent for getting around the ball and thrives as a player at the second level.
