Las Vegas Raiders what to watch:

The New York defense, which may have lost its best player in defensive lineman Leonard Williams in a trade at the deadline, will be tested against the Raiders. Although it is unclear how the Giants will replace a player of Williams' caliber, their interior defense will clearly have a void in it, which may present an opportunity for Josh Jacobs and the Raiders' rushing attack.

The Raiders have a potential to have a great day through the air if their offensive line can withstand New York's pass rush. The skill of wide receivers Jakobi Meyers and Davante Adams allows them to consistently put pressure on the Giants secondary.

New York Giants what to watch:

The squad the Giants will be playing against is in shambles and will start a rookie quarterback. Following Josh McDaniels' dismissal, Las Vegas elevated Antonio Pierce to the position of interim head coach. Pierce benched veteran Jimmy Garoppolo in favor of Aidan O'Connell as one of his initial actions. Though still a work in progress, the fourth-round pick has shown promise, which may help the Giants.

Daniel Jones, the starting quarterback for the Giants, is expected to return from injury in this game. Although Jones has struggled with consistency this season, he occasionally excelled in 2022. Jones has 884 passing yards, two touchdown passes, six interceptions, and 197 rushing yards and one touchdown going into this game.
