Miami Dolphins what to watch:
One of the NFL's most potent offenses in recent memory is the Dolphins'. After four weeks of play, quarterback Tua Tagovailoa has performed well enough to be the current frontrunner to earn the 2023 NFL MVP award. Entering this game, Tagovailoa had completed 1,306 passes for 9 touchdowns, 71.9% of the pass attempts, and 3 interceptions.
Arguably the best wide receiver combination in the NFL is at Tagovailoa's disposal. Five-time All-Pro pick Tyreek Hill is third in receiving yards on 28 receptions and leads the NFL with four touchdown receptions.
New York Giants what to watch:
On Sunday, Pro Bowl running back Saquon Barkley (ankle) will be out for the Giants once more. Daniel Jones, the quarterback, will therefore need to take more of the load. Though his turnover rate has been problematic this season, Jones is a dangerous dual-threat quarterback with the ability to make big plays with his legs. Actually, this season Jones is averaging 5.1 yards per rush.
The offseason acquisition of Pro Bowl tight end Darren Waller has provided the Giants with a much-needed passing game option. Waller leads the club in targets, receptions, and receiving yards going into Week 4. The Miami defense will have matchup issues with the 31-year-old tight end.
