Seattle Seahawks what to watch:

It looks like Seattle is catching up to Philadelphia just in time. The Eagles have only scored 32 points in their previous two games combined, and they have committed as many turnovers this season as they did in 2022. On the opposite side of the ball, Philadelphia has allowed more over 450 total yards per game while conceding 36.3 points per game over the past three games.

Philadelphia is dead last in terms of third down efficiency allowed and is among the worst 10 teams in terms of overall yards allowed and yards allowed per play. The Eagles are having trouble in the red zone as well, giving up over 70% of opportunities to opponents for touchdowns. One of Seattle's offensive advantages is that they score points on more than 36% of their offensive plays. In 13 games, the Seahawks have also committed just 16 turnovers, with just four fumbles lost in 2023.

Philadelphia Eagles what to watch:

Seattle's pass defense is up against a formidable opponent in Philadelphia's pass rush. In their loss to the 49ers last week, the Seahawks gave up four sacks. This is encouraging for the Eagles defense, which leads the NFL with 49 sacks this season and has Haason Reddick, who has 27 sacks in the last two seasons.

Furthermore, this week offers some respite for Philadelphia's offensive. The Eagles take on the 25th-ranked Seahawks defense in terms of points per game allowed after playing two straight top-five defenses in the 49ers and Cowboys. Seattle ranks 26th in red zone efficiency and 30th in third down conversions.
