The Texans' season record now stands at 3-4 following their 15-13 loss against the Carolina Panthers. It kicks off at 1 p.m. ET from Houston's NRG Stadium. According to the most recent Texans vs. Buccaneers odds, the Texans are three-point favorites, and the total points scored over/under is 40.
A Bucs team with more rest will put Stroud and the Texans to the test after they shown growing pains against a flimsy Panthers defense. Tampa Bay hasn't been reliable, though, which is perhaps why the model is betting on the Under to win.

Although both teams are better at passing the ball than running it, they are coming off low-scoring games. Houston has allowed the fewest passing touchdowns in the league despite allowing an average of 236.1 passing yards, while Tampa Bay has only allowed eight this season.
