Tampa Bay Buccaneers what to watch:
Baker Mayfield, the quarterback for Tampa Bay, struggled against Detroit last week, throwing for just 206 yards on 19 of 37 passes with an interception after three victories in his first four games. Mike Evans received four of 10 targets for 48 yards, while wide receiver Chris Godwin led the team with six catches for 77 yards. As he has done every year of his NFL career in Tampa Bay, Evans hopes to break the 1,000-yard receiving mark once more in his ninth season.
The Buccaneers' rushing attack, which only averages 78.8 yards per game and ranks fourth worst in the league, is an area that needs improvement. Although White is a capable receiver out of the backfield, if his performance does not increase Tampa Bay may need to look elsewhere for their primary between-the-tackles runner.
Atlanta Falcons what to watch:
Desmond Ritter's time as Atlanta's starting quarterback may be running out. The second-year quarterback has thrown for more than 300 yards in three straight games, but the Falcons' hopes were seriously harmed by his three interceptions against the Commanders. In order to take advantage of the weak Buccaneers secondary, Ritter will need to rely on his receiving weapons against Tampa Bay, specifically wide receiver Drake London and tight ends Kyle Pitts and Jonnu Smith.
Running back Bijan Robinson, a first-round selection, may be the most important component of Atlanta's future success. Robinson will probably need to be more productive than the 80 yards he scored last Sunday both receiving and rushing against Tampa Bay.
