In their penultimate drive of the game last week, they secured a 20-17 victory over Tennessee with a touchdown.
After recovering from an injury, veteran quarterback Geno Smith completed 25 of 36 throws for 227 yards and two touchdowns. His primary target was wide receiver Tyler Lockett, who hauled in eight receptions for 81 yards. In contrast, Pittsburgh has only covered the spread seven times in its last 20 December games, while the Seahawks have won six straight games as favorites.

Pittsburgh just finished one of its strongest games of the year, defeating Cincinnati 34–11 last week.
