Dallas Cowboys what to watch:
Dallas has also been practically unbeatable at home, starting the 2023 season with a perfect 5-0 record and the second-longest winning streak in franchise history—13 games in a row at AT&T Stadium. The Cowboys have outscored opponents by 26 points per game while averaging 41 points in their five victories. The only team in NFL history to win their first five home games by a margin of at least 20 points is this one.
Even if you discount the Cowboys' recent success as the result of a kind schedule, this is still one of the NFL's most talented squads, and after a sluggish start to the season, we're now witnessing it pay off.
With five games played since a Week 7 bye, Dak Prescott has averaged 320.4 passing yards, 17 touchdowns, and only two interceptions, making him a strong contender for MVP. While Dallas' defense boasts two DPOY contenders in Micah Parsons and DaRon Bland, CeeDee Lamb is establishing his claim to be the finest receiver in football.
Seattle Seahawks what to watch:
After losing badly at home last week—their third in four weeks and their second loss by at least eighteen points—the Seattle Seahawks are on the verge of collapse.
While they have played a significant part, injuries do not provide the complete picture. Although Geno Smith didn't appear well against the 49ers last week, he had previously thrown six interceptions in his previous six games and was subjected to constant pressure from San Francisco's pass rush. This could be a sign of things to come when the 49ers visit Parsons and company on Thursday.
